(KBAK/KBFX) — Spin is collaborating with the Dream Center, UC Davis and GET Bus to give 100 young adults access to bikes, scooters and public transportation. Universal basic mobility is a system of partnerships or policies that provide a minimum level of mobility and access to all members of society.The pilot program was started to test and see if giving everyone universal basic mobility is productive for the city of Bakersfield.
